Terms of Service

Acceptance
By using RevealYour you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and Pro subscribers.
The service
RevealYour is an AI-powered behavioral language analysis tool. It is designed to help you understand patterns in communication. It is not a licensed mental health, legal, or medical service. Outputs are for informational and reflective purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of any text you submit. By submitting text you represent that you have the right to do so - including any conversations involving other people. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from other parties whose communications you submit for analysis. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
You may not use RevealYour to harass, stalk, or harm others; to process content that violates any applicable law; to attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying AI methodology; or to resell or redistribute outputs commercially without written permission from Spheronaut LLC.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use RevealYour. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
Data storage and loss
Your scan results are stored in our database when you have a registered account. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee against data loss. We are a small team and do not offer a service level agreement. We are not liable for any loss of scan history or other data, whether due to technical failure, account deletion, service discontinuation, or any other cause. Data loss does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid. We strongly recommend downloading a copy of your scans regularly using the Download all scans feature in your dashboard — your downloaded copy is yours to keep regardless of what happens to your account or our service.
Free tier
A free account allows scanning without a subscription. Free-tier access, limits, and features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Paid plans
RevealYour may offer paid plans in the future. If and when paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies will be published on the site and incorporated into these terms. Continued use of any paid plan after such terms are published constitutes acceptance.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at revealyour.com/contact if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data may be deleted. If you have an active paid subscription, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. You may also delete your own account at any time from account settings.
Third-party services
RevealYour relies on third-party services to operate. Text you submit for analysis is processed by Anthropic (AI provider). Account data is stored by Supabase (database) and managed through Clerk (authentication). Payments are processed by Stripe. By using RevealYour you acknowledge that your data passes through these services, each of which has its own privacy policy and terms.
Service modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, pricing tiers, and availability, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spheronaut LLC and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms. This includes any claim by a third party whose communications you submitted without appropriate consent.
Privacy Policy
Your use of RevealYour is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By agreeing to these terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
RevealYour is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any analysis. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect or misleading. Do not make important decisions based solely on RevealYour outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spheronaut LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RevealYour, including loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spheronaut LLC regarding your use of RevealYour and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms on any occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Spheronaut LLC.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of RevealYour shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
